Appetizers

Sweet & Spicy Jerk Wings $15

Chicken winglets marinated in spicy jerk seasoning and sweet chili is deep fried then sauced and grilled on char griller for that sweet and caramelized finish.  Served with celery, carrots and ranch dressing

CODFISH FRITTERS $10.00

Flaky salted cod, scallion, habanero, tomatoes seasoned with island spices. A batter is made then fried into a fritter.

JAMAICAN BEEF PATTY $5

Flavorful groung  beef seasoned with all spice, paprika and habanero pepper stuffed in flaky pastry and baked. Considered a must have for any tourist visiting jamaica. 

JAMAICAN CHICKEN PATTY $4

Similar to the beef patties. These amazing empanda style meat pies are suitable for any time of day. 

CALALOD & COD STUFFED POCKETS $8

Similar to collard greens calaloo pack a hearty punch and is super delicious when paired with salted cod or on its own, These two makes a great combination sauteed with bell peppers and onions and baked into a puff pastry.

JERK CHICKEN KEBOBS $15

3 Kebob skewers with marinated jerk chicken meat and vegetables grilled to perfection and accompanied with jerk sauce.

MEALS

Most meals includes your choice of sides which are coconut milk rice and peas or basmati white rice and a choice between steamed vegetables or caribbean slaw. Additional sides are available at their cost.

JAMAICAN JERK CHICKEN $16.50

Find this amazing deliciousness on every street corner in jamaica. Jerk seasoning marinated chicken pan grilled and smoked accompanied by a lightly sweet and spicy jerk sauce. Often served with bread or rice and peas but pairs well with any side of choice. A must have!

CHICKEN FRICASSEE $15

Joints of chicken marinated in all purpose seasoning, Chicken spice rub and a drizzle of jamaican browning. It is then lightly coated in flour and pan seared after which vegetable such as bell peppers, carrots and tomatoes are added. It is then covered to simmer in its own sauce.

Skin on pork seasoned with jerk marinade, red stripe beer, scotch bonnet pepper and molasses then smoked in jerk pan or smoker

ISLAND SPICES FRIED FISH ESCOVITCH

Fillet or whole fish cook to order. Seasoned with salt and pepper, and island spices, fish is pan fried crispy then dressed with escovitch sauce which is a beautiful array of peppers, carrot strips, onion and pimento berries tossed in vineger over high flames

SWEET & SOUR BROWN STEW PORK $18

Seasoned pork braised on medium flames then simmered in its own brown sauce with gimger, scallions, onions, garlic, pineapple and a pinch of brown sugar and red wine vinegar

BROWN STEWED SNAPPER $30

Fried then simmered with peppers, onions, carrots and tomatoes to delicious lightly sweet and savory sauce cook to order. 

BRAISED OXTAILS $26

This fall off the bones deliciousness is well sought after in jamaica and has made it’s name as another jamaican staple. Seasoned with dry rub meat seasonings, allspice, pimento, scallion, garlic and scotch bonnet pepper then braised to perfection and simmered in its own sauce. Butter beans, spinners and carrots are often added.

JERK STEAMED ROAST FISH $30

Oven Jerked Red snapper stuffed with calaloo and mix vegetables wrapped in foil paper then roast on grill. 

PORK TAIL & RED PEAS STEW $20

Salted pork tails boiled tender and seasoned with jamaican herbs and spices then simmered in coconut milk.

ACKEE & SALT FISH $20

(Jamaica’s National dish) popular for any meal period. Ackee and salt fish is a staple meal. Ackee, a tree fruit that has to be cooked and salt fish is the salted cod, Sauteed in olive oil with onions, scallion, thyme and served with rice, ground provisions or most popular fried dumpling or breadfruit.

CURRY CHICKEN $15

Boneless chicken marinated in curry powder and cumin, garlic salt and dry rub seasoning slow cooked over low heat with diced potatoes, carrots and scallions.

JAMMIN BEEF JERKY COMBO $13.50

Angus beef burger coated with barbecue jerk marinade and sizzle on flat top griddle served on bun or protein style with onions lettuce and tomato. A combo meal paired with cheese, fries and fountain beverage of choice

 

CURRY GOAT $20

Considered a celebratory dish in jamaica you can find this at weddings, birthday celebrations family reunions and even funerals. The goat meat is marinated for hours with favorite such as garlic, onion, pimento, all spices, curry powder, masala and habanero pepper, It’s slow cooked for long hours and reduce to a tender delicious stew and served with rice.
